INSULATED MID-LAYER JACKET WITH POLARTEC® HARDFACE® WIND PRO® FABRIC

The 2021 Floyen HS is a hoodless, collared version of the Floyen. Versatile and warm, Floyen HS is designed for further weight saving and for those who prefer no hood. Wear year round as a warm mid-layer, or as an outer layer in cold, dry conditions.

Body-mapped, synthetic, breathable Thermolite® insulation is wrapped inside a stretch nylon windshell outer, providing warmth, comfort and protection. Polartec® Wind Pro® side panels toughened with a Hardface® application deliver stretch, water repellence and breathability, whilst retaining warmth when needed. The air permeable but tightly fused fibres of Wind Pro® reduce wind chill and withstand moisture. The Hardface® surface application increases abrasion resistance and prolongs the life of the garment.

Harness compatible micro-suede lined pockets provide hand warmth and the chest pocket stores essentials. Additional features include Jöttnar’s anti-snag hem cords, technical stretch cuffs, YKK® zips throughout and a Durable Water Repellent finish.

The size is bang on, Jottnar clothing can be expensive,I buy on sales ,as a disabled veteran I attend outdoor activities and quality clothing is need for the UK weather,I will wear Jottnar clothing on next trip.

Fantastic Product

This is my 4th Jottnar item of upper body and as per the previous 3 this is a fantastic piece of kit. Withstands good amount of rain water and seems to balance keeping you warm when needed but also breathability. All the better a purchase as obtained at a much reduced price. Jottnar keep producing top of the range products in an ever increasing world of most products diminishing.
